With a Technical background in Pharma, Food & Beverage Industries, Tapas brings over 19 years of experience in Clean Utilities including Purified Water, WFI, Pure steam & Ultrapure Water Generation, storage & distribution systems. He is a Chemical & Alcohol Engineer from Uttar Pradesh Technical University Lucknow. Over the years, he has honed his skills in Water & Waste Water management including selection, design, evaluation, Installation, commissioning & troubleshooting, and contributed to successful projects in multiple industries including Pharma, Biopharma, food, beverage, personal & Home care, Power, cement, automobile, sugar & many more.
In his current role at Actini Group, he heads the entire Indian operations driving innovation and efficiency in Biowaste Decontamination, Sterilization, Clean utilities, CIP, and SIP systems. His strategic approach and commitment to excellence have resulted in key achievements that are, increased revenue, the Introduction of new/innovative technologies, and improved process selection & design.
He is passionate about continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and his ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments has been a cornerstone of my career.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring food in different areas, & learning outdoor gaming skills, which help me maintain a balanced and creative outlook.
