With over three decades of leadership in port-led industrialization, SEZ ecosystems, and infrastructure strategy, I have mobilized over USD 12 billion in global and domestic investment across India’s key maritime states—Maharashtra, Gujarat, and West Bengal—under the aegis of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Government of India.
Currently serving as Strategic Advisor to Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Trust (Kolkata & Haldia Port, I am leading flagship initiatives focused on integrated SEZs, MOOWR-enabled bonded zones, FTWZs, Single Point Mooring (SPM) terminals, and chemical & manufacturing hubs—all enabled by multimodal logistics to enhancing bulk and terminal traffics. I facilitate end-to-end investor handholding, regulatory clearances, and access to ready-to-operate industrial plots at Kolkata Dock and Haldia.
