Ms. Medha Jambhale is working with ARAI since last 30 years and presently she is Senior
Deputy Director. She has expertise in data acquisition, Laboratory simulation, material
characterization, alternate materials and material modelling and is adept in validation
techniques using test platforms for Component sign off and full vehicle sign off in single/
multi axis mode. She has also carried out major projects in Component Hardware in loop
simulation- HIL, Smart Materials & control strategies and has filed a patent and more than 15 publications to her credit.
Presently she is heading Fatigue and Materials Centre of Excellence (FMCE) at
Homologation and Technology Centre (HTC), ARAI at Chakan. Which has rich experience of 30+ years in serving the Industry in product validation.
She also heads ARAI Academy which is a 20+ year initiative of ARAI to bridge the Gap between Academia and Industry. These program groom aspiring individuals employable in Industry. Thus, she is associated with various Universities for UG/PG joint programs. She also associated with Industry experts for skill development programs for working professionals which upskills individuals with relevant needs of the industry.
Ms. Medha Jambhale associated with various consortiums and projects of national interest in her capacity as member of the Steering Committee. She is also associated with organizations working in skill development & Startup Incubation cells such SAE, ASDC,
ASAP, Academic Council of various Universities, AMTIF, Technovuus etc.
