Harsh Dhingra has worked in corporates which has a direct focus on Rail Segment (Companies- Bombardier Transportation, Mitsubishi Corporation and Crompton Greaves). He has retired in April 2018, after successfully leading Bombardier Transportation as Chief Country Representative – India and as a Director in the Management Board
One of the senior rail transportation industry personnel out of India who has been playing an active role in transforming rail transportation sector in India, liaising with various stakeholders in defining policies for projects and placing India’s rail industry on the global map. He is currently working as a Consultant – Rail and Metro to MNCs and Global Infrastructure fund houses. He has been actively involved to revolutionize the freight transportation through the technology to improve connectivity and reduce carbon footprint.
Harsh Dhingra is a seasoned Engineering and Management professional with over 38 years of rich and contributing experience in the field in the Rail and Metro Transportation Segment. The experience varies from Marketing & Business Development, Product development, Project and Contract Management and Overall Company Strategic Management as well as Financing of PPP projects and M&A activities.
Harsh Dhingra had held the position of National President of ICBC (Indo-Canadian Business of Chambers, in India for 2 years 2014-16 and remained as active board member of ICBC as Director from 2013-2018.
