Mr. Gajanan Pai is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of rich and diverse experience in the infrastructure construction industry. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the 1988 batch, he began his career in the maintenance of construction plant and equipment, working across project sites as well as at the central workshop.
For the past 24 years, he has specialized in procurement and commercial functions, developing a strong expertise in the field. As Head of Procurement at Afcons Infrastructure Ltd., he leads a team of professionals responsible for sourcing construction materials, engineering goods, and CAPEX.
His leadership and deep domain knowledge have played a crucial role in streamlining procurement processes and supporting large-scale infrastructure projects across India and overseas.
