Born in Italy in 1960, he has obtained his degree in Chemistry cum Laude in July 1983. After Military services as Officer in the Army Engineering Corp, in 1985 he joined Centro Sperimentale Metallurgico SpA (CSM), the corporate R&D of Italian public steel producing companies, starting as a researcher in Steelmaking, then head of European R&D projects, key account manager for primary Italian steel companies, including POMINI Long Rolling Mills for about 15 years, marketing and sales manager for RoW Countries, and finally Industry 4.0 business manager for seven years. In January 2024 joined Acciaierie d’Italia for EU Relationships and in August 2024 he finally joined POMINI LRM for India Market. Married, with two sons of 32 and 22 years old, he is author of more than 20 papers (https://orcid.org/0000-0002-3580-7811).
Nine patents filed on his name. In 1992 was author of a book “Introduction to ceramic matrix composites” (in Italian).
